两级电液伺服阀
G761 系列电液伺服阀G761系列电液伺服阀是可用作三通和四通节流型流量控制阀,用于四通阀时控制性能更好。该系列阀为高性能的两级电液伺服阀,在 7Mpa额定压降下的额定流量为 4L/min 至63L/min。阀的先导级是一个对称的双喷嘴挡板阀,由干式双气隙力马达驱动;输出级是一个四通滑阀。阀芯位置由一悬臂弹簧杆进行机械反馈。该系列阀结构单、坚固,工作可靠,使用寿命长。这类阀适用于位置、速度、力(或压力)伺服控制系统,具有很高的动态响应。
工作原理输入一电流指令信号给力矩马达的线圈将会产生电磁力作用于衔铁的两端,衔铁而带动弹簧管内的挡板偏转。而挡板的偏转将减少某一个喷嘴的流量,进而改变了与此喷嘴相通的阀芯一侧压力,推动阀芯朝一边移动。阀芯的位移打开了供油口(P)与一个控制油口之间的通道,沟通了回油口(T)与另一控制油口之间的油路。阀芯的位移也对弹簧杆产生一个作用力,此作用力形成了对衔铁挡板组件的回复力矩。当此回复力矩与由于矩马达的电磁力作用在衔铁挡板处的力矩相平衡时,挡板回到零位,滑阀阀芯保持这一平衡状态的开启位置,直到输入的给定信号发生变化。阀芯的位移与输入的电流信号大小正比,在恒定的阀口压降下,流过阀的负载流量与阀芯的位移成正比。MOOGG761伺服阀参数特点:
